Pick who’s playing and Ballanz splits them into even teams, balanced by position (GK, defence, midfield, attack) and by skill, experience and who played together last week. Each side’s team average is right on the pitch, proof it’s even, while individual scores stay hidden (captain-only, or nobody; peer votes + TrueSkill do the work in the background). 13 showed up? Six-a-side plus a rotating sub. 25? Five teams. Odd numbers, multiple teams, still fair.
Drop one link in the group chat. RSVPs collect themselves, reminders go out automatically, teams generate at the cap, the captain records the match live (goals, assists, the running clock) and after the final whistle the squad votes the best player. You run nothing. It’s all automatic.
MidfieldEvery player has a rating built from captain scores + peer votes, not a guess. And you choose who sees it: captain-only, or hidden from everyone. Teams stay fair either way.
Teammates rate you for the position you played. Your striker score and your keeper score live side by side, so the solver knows exactly where you’re strong.
A TrueSkill engine moves ratings up and down on real results, and your rating follows you across every group you play in, not just one.
